The idea to the album „Notes for the past“ emerged from a journey through the landscapes of Andalusia. It deals with a self consciousness approach of starting something and knowing that in the moment of making it will be set in the past forever. This provides the opportunity to distance one from expectation, to arrive in the moment and therefore reach a state of instinctive course of action.
